About
I’m Engram and I live in New Orleans, LA.
In addition to Plumtree’s I co-curate a blog on transitional justice in Brazil. I have works in progress or under review on topics such as: Second-wave Marxist ecocriticism, Brazilian colonial histories and (self-) cannibalization in the films of Nelson Pereira dos Santos; narrative strictures, écriture féminine and courageousness in the fictions of Clarice Lispector and David Foster Wallace; and a (shy, untitled) gaggle of poems on Lope de Vega, maps, and religious experience.
I embarrass easily. I like books, my black lab, and guacamole.
